My story begins in Riga, where I was born and received my professional education, mastering the professions of a chef, bartender and waiter. My career developed in Norway and Sweden, where I worked from 2006 to 2021. Already in 2011, I became a chef, simultaneously completing my studies and receiving a bachelor's degree in hotel and restaurant management.
Since 2015, I have discovered a new side of the profession, starting to design and sell professional equipment for restaurants. In 2021, I moved to Kaliningrad, and in 2024 - to Moscow, continuing to develop and improve in my field.

Born in Riga and trained as a refrigeration engineer. My career in professional equipment began in 2012, when I became a service engineer for repairs of specialized equipment.
In 2018, I mastered a new profession as a programmer, which allowed me to take the position of technical director in a company servicing restaurant chains. Since 2023, I have been actively developing the direction of technological design of restaurants, combining engineering experience with modern IT solutions.
